Emma has been practising yoga since 1998 and decided to take her passion for yoga further in 2008 with a trip to India. In 2009 Emma went back to rishikesh for 4 months to complete a yoga teacher training course and her reiki 1st & 2nd degree.
Emma has returned to India yearly since 2010 to complete many training courses and ashram training.
Starting "Sadhaka Shanti Yoga" in 2013 after a few years of teaching casually around the Sunshine Coast, she now runs 8 classes a week both open and private classes from Chambers Island in Maroochydore and across the coast.
