Emma has been practising yoga since 1998 and decided to take her passion for yoga further in 2008 with a trip to India. There she found Rishikesh the Yoga capital of the world and on completing a month Yoga course found she wanted to spread the side of Yoga she was most interested in, classes with meditation, pranayama and asana.
In 2009 Emma went back to rishikesh for 4 months to complete a yoga teacher training course and her reiki 1st & 2nd degree.
Emma has returned to India yearly since 2010 to complete many training courses and ashram training.
Starting "Sadhaka Shanti Yoga" in 2013 after a few years of teaching casually around the Sunshine Coast, she now runs 8 classes a week both open and private classes from Chambers Island in Maroochydore and across the coast.
Emma's classes are Hatha Yoga incorporating some Ashtanga flows, meditation and pranayama breathing exercises.

Guests will embark on a cruise from the Sofitel Jetty to Noosa Boathouse and take in the final moments of the sunset. This occasion is not to be missed and seats are limited so be sure to book early to confirm your attendance.
